Seven (7) years from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and product performance under normal use.
The essentials
- Products are warranted free from manufacturing defects and to perform as intended under normal use
- Stored, handled and installed to the technical specifications and relevant Australian Standards
- Installed by qualified professionals, on substrates and site conditions meeting industry standards
- Products used within shelf life
- Claims notified within seven (7) days of discovering the defect, with proof of purchase
- Access granted for inspection before any repairs commence
